Promotion Title: “Win a 5-Night Vacation Package to Kauil Tulum”

(“Arena Caliente,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

Ross Stays Inc. acts solely as a contracted marketing provider and is not the sponsor or administrator of this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada excluding the Province of Québec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their province/territory/state, whichever is higher, at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or of Ross Stays Inc. (the Sponsor’s contracted marketing agent) and the immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted.

3. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

To qualify, participants must complete all of the following steps:

Step 1 — Register for the Webinar:
Visit https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_1MIVvQWMQNeWQ7sIEgbnIg and submit your full name and valid email address. You may also optionally provide your phone number and SMS consent.

Step 2 — Attend the Live Webinar:
Join the live Zoom webinar on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. EDT, using the same email address used during registration.

Step 3 — Stay Until the End:
Entrants must remain on the live Zoom call until the giveaway draw. Attendees who leave early are not eligible.

Step 4 — Submit Final Giveaway Entry Form (Live Only):
At the end of the webinar, a private link will be dropped via the Zoom chat and/or screen share. Entrants must submit the final entry form within 10 minutes to confirm attendance and officially enter the draw.

⚠️ Failure to submit the final form during the live event will void eligibility.

Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”):
Mail a 3” × 5” card with your full name, email, phone number, and mailing address to:

Cards must be postmarked by July 26, 2025 and received no later than July 30, 2025.
To qualify, AMOE entrants must still register for the webinar and attend the event live using the same name and email as submitted by mail.

4. Prize & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

ARV is an estimate, subject to fluctuation in nightly rates and airline fares; winner will not receive any difference between estimated and actual value.

Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute equal-or-greater value if needed. Winner & guest must hold valid passports and cover all expenses not expressly listed (ground transport, meals, insurance, incidentals).

5. Odds

Depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection & Verification

  • Live Random Draw:
    At the conclusion of the live webinar on July 30, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random draw using a certified tool such as app-sorteos.com, SweepWidget Pick-a-Winner, Wheel of Names, or an equivalent randomization platform (“Draw Tool”).

    Only participants who:

    1. Attended the entire live session, and

    2. Submitted the final entry form
      …will be included in the draw.

    Winner Notification:
    The selected winner will be announced live on the Zoom call and must confirm their presence via Zoom chat or on-camera within 60 seconds. If the winner is not present or does not respond, Sponsor will redraw.

    Verification (within 7 days):

    • Return signed Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release

    • U.S. winners must submit IRS Form W-9; Canadian winners must accept a T4A

    • Canadian winners must also correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question

    • Provide valid passport information for travel coordination

    If the selected winner is ineligible, unresponsive, or fails verification, a new winner will be drawn using the same method.


7. Taxes

Prize value is taxable income. U.S. winner will receive Form 1099-MISC; Canadian winner will receive a T4A information slip. All taxes are winner’s responsibility. For Canadian residents, this clause does not restrict your statutory rights under provincial consumer laws.

8. Release & Publicity

Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Ross Stays Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and agents from any liability related to participation or prize use. Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor and Ross Stays Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use winner’s name, likeness, city/province/state, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, or incomplete entries; technical/network errors; or injury or damage to devices. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other factors compromise its integrity.

10. Disputes / Governing Law

Except for Canadian residents who retain statutory rights in their home jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved individually by binding arbitration (AAA Commercial Rules). Governing law: Delaware, USA. Any award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Privacy, SMS & Marketing Consent

  • Required notices. By entering, you consent to transactional email/SMS about this Giveaway from Kauil Tulum (Arena Caliente), delivered via Go High Level.

  • Optional marketing. A separate, unchecked box allows you to opt-in to promotional communications from Ross Stays Inc. Opt-in is not required to enter. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any message or by emailing hello@kauiltulum.com.

  • Data is processed per the Giveaway Privacy Policy Addendum.

  • Marketing consent is always optional and not required to win. Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

12. Social-Media Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. Participants fully release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this Giveaway.

13. Winner List

Winner’s first name, last initial, and province/state will be posted at www.kauiltulum.com/giveaway-winner within ten (10) days of verification and will remain for sixty (60) days. For privacy, only first name, last initial, and state/province will be shown publicly.
